Committed to Anti-Racism: We recognize that we live in a society founded on white supremacy. Applying an anti-racism equity frame to our work also informs our efforts to counter these forms of inequity. Our belief is that framing research around antiracist questions leads to antiracist narratives, effective program solutions, and impactful leadership teams that cut to the root of racial inequality: racist policy.
Leadership Development
We are providing professional development/coaching to non-profit executives and social enterprises BIPOC and LGBTQ+ leaders. We partner with leaders and their boards to discover what works, how it will fit best into your organization, and who needs to be included.
Program Development
We collaborate with teams to co-design, evaluate, or re-design programs to align with goals and available resources. We experiment, pilot, test, refine, and then scale solutions to real problems presented by our clients.
